For our client, one of the largest FMCG companies in the region, we are looking for a Brand Manager to join their team in Belgrade.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver agreed brand KPIs – volume, revenue, profit, SOM for brand
Conduct and execute comprehensive brand strategy, marketing activity calendar, and budget that align with overall business objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products that resonate with target audiences and to align brand strategies with business goals
Implement strategies to differentiate company brands in a competitive market
Plan, execute, and analyze multi-channel marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and drive sales
Leverage digital, traditional, and experiential marketing channels to maximize brand visibility
Ensure consistent brand messaging and identity across all communication channels
Monitor and maintain brand health, making data-driven decisions to enhance brand equity
Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive brand success

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business and/or marketing
Minimum 3 years of similar work experience
Experience in the FMCG and retail industry is considered an advantage
Team player with strong communication and presentation skills
Creativity and innovation
Strong analytical skills
Computer literacy
Fluent in English
Driving license
