Join Trans VAT Balkan, part of the international Negometal Group, and take the lead in developing our sales activities in Serbia!

We are looking for a proactive sales professional with strong B2B experience to drive business growth, build long-term client relationships, and represent our company across Serbia and the Balkan region.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies
  • Identify opportunities, prospect and close deals
  • Manage client accounts and ensure long-term partnerships
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences

What we expect:

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience (transport sector knowledge is a plus)
  • Goal-oriented, independent and proactive mindset
  • Fluent in English (French is an advantage)
  • Willingness to travel across Serbia
