We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Call Center Agent – Dispatcher to manage inbound and outbound calls, dispatch services, and ensure efficient communication between departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and respond to inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner.
• Dispatch service requests to the appropriate teams and personnel based on the situation.
• Monitor and track service requests, ensuring timely resolution.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive experience for all callers.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, service requests, and dispatch logs.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements:

• At least 6 months of relevant work experience.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with customers
• Ability to work independently while also thriving in a team environment.
• A proactive approach to taking ownership of tasks, ensuring they are resolved effectively.

Position Details:

• Contract Type: Full-time employment
• Working Hours: US-based hours, 5 days a week
• Location: Kraljevo, Serbia (remote work after one month of on-site training)
• Note on Location: This is a fully remote position, but candidates are required to complete one month of on-site training at our office in Kraljevo. After training, you will transition to remote work.
