Your Impact
- Own the full sales funnel:
Create, test, and optimize persuasive sales scripts and messaging based on performance data. - Monitor daily KPIs (response time, CR, AOV, PPV take-rate, churn), identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements.
- Coordinate closely with the team across operations and support
- Support new revenue initiatives and launch playbooks (offers, bundles, promotions).
- (Later) Expand into coaching and performance reviews of your own team.

What You Bring
- Very strong English (excellent spelling and grammar).
- Proven sales background (D2C/subscription a plus); fast executor with high integrity.
- Strong communicator, detail-oriented, proactive, and team-driven.
- Highschool degree or equivalent (not mandatory if you started in sales early).
