ConsulTeam, a Gi Group company, provides professional services to clients in the field of Human Resources Consulting, Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development and Staff Administration. On behalf of our client, Louis Blockx, we are looking for an experienced, skillful and motivated professional for their production plant in Bački Petrovac to fill the position of:

Chief Operational Officer

Responsibilities will include:

• Introducing and following up measuring tools for productivity and reporting KPI’s
• Follow up of the daily production on the working floor
• Organization, management and control of the production team
• Streamlining of the co-operation and communication between the different production units and confection partners in the organization
• Follow up on efficiency, motivation, performance and discipline of staff in the different production departments
• Organization of the production planning and optimization of the capacity usage
• Reporting to headquarters on a weekly and monthly basis
• Supervision of maintenance and improvement projects of equipment and facilities and general infrastructure
• Organize, control and manage the production processes in connection with the food safety program and HACCP standards

Requirements:

• University degree in a technical field
• Experience in a production system is a must
• A motivational manager with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Team oriented person with high influencing skills
• High level of business acumen and client focus (both external and internal)
• Fluency in Serbian and English language
