The Role
We are seeking a Client Service Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our VIP and corporate clients, delivering professional, proactive, and personalised support across multiple channels — including email, phone, chat, and messaging platforms.
Your mission is to ensure every client interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. You’ll handle inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, coordinate internally when needed, and build trusted relationships through consistent follow-through.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer support to high-value clients via email, phone, messaging platforms, and live chat.
- Manage incoming inquiries, bookings, and service updates with accuracy and efficiency.
- Proactively anticipate client needs and deliver solutions before they are requested.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, logistics, partnerships) to ensure smooth execution of client requests.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and feedback to enhance the overall experience.
- Uphold brand tone and standards in every interaction.
About You
- 2+ years in client service, customer success, luxury hospitality, or account management, ideally working with premium or B2B clients.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Calm under pressure with a problem-solving mindset.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working with CRM and communication tools.
- A natural relationship builder with a passion for delivering great service.
