META Representative office for SEE is based in Novi Sad and also provides legally required inspecting of shelving systems by approved racking inspectors.

Position: Employee Commercial Backoffice

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Employee Commercial Backoffice to join our team. As an Employee Commercial Backoffice, you will provide support to our team and ensure smooth operations within our organization. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills and ability to work good individually as well as a part of a team. 

Role Description

The Employee Commercial Backoffice is responsible for all commercial issues relating to the processing of project orders: 

Preparing and calculating quotations, schedule tracking and monitoring current orders, creating invoices and track payments. The tasks also include the maintenance of customer data, preparation and management of documentation and reports. The Employee Commercial Backoffice will work closely with the sales areas as well as the production, purchasing and logistics departments to ensure smooth processing and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Structured, independently and reliable way of working
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Basic technical understanding
  • Internship experience in sales or related field
  • Knowledge of and experience with SAP S/4HANA is a benefit
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • High school degree in Commercial, Economics, Business Administration or related field
  • Completed training or experience with business administration, commercial or comparable technical qualification
  • English language is mandatory, good German language is an advantage
