Location: Čačak, Serbia

Your responsibilities encompass:

• Support the vice president of procurement with implementation of a global procurement controlling
• Control, analyze and monitor purchase related KPIs and ensure transparency in targets and results
• Support decision making processes through regular reports, well-founded analyses as well as  recommending measures
• Prepare procurement budgets, forecasts and market assumptions
• Optimize purchase costs due to detailed material price planning and forecasting
• Support the buyers in price negotiations through detailed data-driven arguments
• Identify potentials for optimization
• Cooperate with the lead buyers and purchase managers of all PWO sides and ensure cost transparency within the procurement of PWO Group
• Act as an interface between purchase and the controlling department

Qualifications and Requirements

• University degree in economics or engineering and at least 2-3 years’ working-experience as controller in a manufacturing company, ideally in the automotive industry
• Profound understanding of commercial cost structures combined with a strong knowledge about technical processes in metal forming area 
• Structured and independent way of working
• High level of detail orientation combined with a high degree of analytical thinking
• Excellent level of numeracy
• Assertiveness, good communication skills and willingness to take over responsibility
• Highly motivated with a proactive attitude and excellent teamworking skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP and ideally additionally Power-BI
• Fluency in English (written and oral)
• Ideally first international experience
