Creative Strategist

We are currently seeking a fast, creative, and performance focused Creative Strategist to join our team in support of our partner company – Idea Clan. Our partner is a powerhouse in performance marketing, e-commerce scaling, lead generation, and high-volume creative testing, producing ad concepts that don’t just look good — they convert.

As a Creative Strategist, you will be responsible for engineering scroll-stopping cold-traffic ad concepts, building UGC-first scripts and angles, and scaling winning creative across multiple verticals. You’ll collaborate daily with editors and media buyers, iterate based on performance data, and keep the creative pipeline full and profitable.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Research and break down competitor ads across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Newsbreak, Bigo, and other platforms
• Identify winning angles, hooks, emotional triggers, and unique mechanisms for cold traffic
• Create UGC scripts and outlines — all content must sound user-generated, not branded
• Build clear strategic briefs for editors and guide execution from concept to final creative
• Collaborate daily with editors and media buyers, iterating fast based on performance feedback
• Analyze creative performance dashboards to find patterns and improve results
• Turn near-winners into profitable ads through rapid iteration
• Keep creative pipelines full across 4–5 verticals and prevent ad fatigue
• Develop SOPs/frameworks to increase creative speed and output
• Troubleshoot creative bottlenecks and adapt concepts in real time

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience in direct-response ad creative strategy and high-performance copywriting (cold traffic)
• Strong UGC DNA: you can write scripts that sound natural, authentic, and user-generated
• Experience across multiple verticals; ability to manage 4–5 verticals simultaneously
• Background in or strong familiarity with at least one of these business models: Lead generation, 
  E-commerce
• VSL-driven funnels
• Deep understanding of what makes ads win on TikTok/Meta/YouTube
• Comfortable with volume, speed, pressure, and learning-by-testing
• Proactive, independent, and accountable — no hand-holding needed
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Portfolio showing winning creatives/scripts (UGC, lead gen, VSL, e-comm)
