Key Responsibilities of Customer Service Representative:
- Interaction with customers across multiple technology channels in form of live chatting for clients in USA area
- Providing an efficient, courteous, and professional service at all times
- Create relationships with new customers to achieve their needs and offer outstanding experience
- Promotes interest in company’s products and services
- Consistently achieves established standards of the position
What do we expect?
- Proficiency in English - C level is required
- Prior experience of working in customer support area across multiple technology channels (webchat, email, social media platforms, mobile phone applications and telephony) is desirable
- To be okay with working with adult oriented content
- Adaptable to constantly changing environments
- Great enthusiast and open for new experiences

- Initial salary 650€
