As part of our continued growth, we are currently looking for a Demand and Supply Manager to join our team.

What will your role be?

• Creating accurate demand and supply plans by integrating analytical insights from planning tools with inputs from a business perspective;
• Development and management of Veritico Stock software for optimal supply of pharmacies and wholesale warehouse;
• Performing stock analysis, stock level optimization and ensuring structure and availability both in wholesale and pharmacies;
• Active participation in company projects related to the development and integration of Supply Chain processes within the Dr. Max network;
• Excellent and proactive communication and collaboration with key internal stakeholders and external suppliers;
• Identification of areas for process optimization and improvement;
• Ensuring seamless supply and demand operations.

What do we expect from you?

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Pharmacy or related fields;
• Proven experience in demand and supply planning, replenishment or inventory management within the pharmaceutical sector or other relevant wholesale industries;
• Proficiency in planning and inventory management tools, including ERP systems;
• Good knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and industry standards;
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills;
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills;
• Excellent written and verbal command of English.
