We are currently partnering with a global leader in digital transformation and software solutions to find motivated individuals for a Digital Support Associate role. This is a back-office, on-site position focused on providing real-time based support — no phone calls involved!

Your Role:

• Communicate with users via live chat to assist.
• Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all interactions.
