Dispatch Coordinator

As a Dispatch Coordinator at Ananas Express, you will be responsible for orchestrating the daily logistics operations and ensuring seamless coordination between couriers, partners, and internal teams. Your mission is to drive delivery excellence through structured planning, proactive communication, and continuous process optimization. By leveraging operational insights and performance data, you will play a key role in enhancing delivery efficiency, partner onboarding, and customer satisfaction

Key responsibilities:

• Direct Communication with Ananas Express Couriers:
• Act as the primary point of contact for couriers, addressing operational challenges, inquiries, and feedback.
• Provide guidance to couriers to ensure adherence to delivery protocols and service standards.

• Improvement of Courier Procedures:
• Analyze existing courier procedures and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement enhanced workflows to optimize delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Provide regular training and updates to couriers on best practices and new procedures.
• Onboarding New Partners:
• Collaborate with the Transportation Execution & Field Manager to onboard new partners within Ananas Express.
• Ensure new partners are familiar with operational standards, systems, and expectations.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to new partners during the onboarding phase.
• Routing and Transportation Planning:
• Execute the routing process for internal transportation resources to optimize home delivery and out-of-home delivery operations.
• Oversee the process for picking up shipments from drop-shipping merchants, ensuring timely and accurate execution

• Operational Oversight:

• Monitor daily delivery operations to ensure timely and accurate execution of tasks.
• Escalate issues and collaborate with the manager to resolve operational bottlenecks.
• Performance Monitoring:
• Track performance metrics for couriers and partners, such as delivery times, accuracy, and customer feedback.
• Prepare detailed reports and propose improvements based on performance data.

Essential skills:

• Minimum 1 years of experience in last-mile delivery or logistics operations.
• Experience working directly with couriers or external partners is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving skills with attention to details.
• Adaptability to dynamic and fast-paced environments.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Additional information:

• Role involves constant field work, dispatch and return supervision.
• Shiftwork is planned (AM/PM).
• B2 would be an advantage.
