Dispatcher for reefer

We want to expand our fast-growing team with competent and highly motivated candidates for a Dispatcher position, with previous working experience from our office in Novi Sad.

Remote work is not an option, all candidates should be ready and able to be present in our office everyday.

Responsibilities:

• Daily communication with drivers and finding best loads for them
• Building relationships with drivers and brokers
• Booking loads, collecting paperwork, updating other departments,
• Negotiating with brokers and clients
• Shipment tracking
• Solving possible load issues
• Identify current market needs

Dispatcher Qualifications/Skills:

• Minimum high school degree
• Minimum 2 year of experience in Trucking industry in USA
• English is must: full work proficiency
• Organized, communicative and detail-oriented person
• Great organizational skills
• Ability to multitask
