Savacoop is looking to recruit for a forward-thinking and progressive eCommerce Project Manager to join their growing business.
The Role:
On the position of eCommerce Project Manager you will be responsible for managing the day to day operation of the company eCommerce website. You will be responsible for the commercial operation & promotional strategy, site merchandising and analytics. Also, you will be accountable for working with the relevant web agencies on-site development and enhancements creating the best in class customer shopping experience. You will directly contribute to the success of e-business and the global digital team.
You will gain full responsibility of (but not limited to):
- Supporting on the delivery of the online vision by focusing on the sales and margin of the business
- Supporting the development of the online financial plan and budget
- Operating online trading strategy optimizing conversion
- Monitoring, analyzing and reporting on web merchandising KPIs
- Developing data analytics and customer insights to drive sales conversions
- Developing and communicating the strategy and performance of the business to leadership and executive team
- Driving execution of product content creation enhancing the online customer experience
Your Profile:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in eCommerce
- Experience working within direct to consumer businesses
- Strong analytical skills and ability to independently deal with relevant tools to measure performance, determine improvements and drive insights from data
- Excellent communication skills with demonstrable and proven results with key decision-makers including senior management and executives are required
- Willingness to work well in a team, collaboratively partnering with functional teams e.g. finance, sales and marketing
