Specific duties (Key Performance Indicators):
- Manage resource demands between projects on a daily basis
- Assess, plan and actively ensure completion of projects and tasks by closely monitoring team work progress
- Ensuring work installations and on site project progress to be completed within stipulated deadlines and safety regulations
- Coordinating and managing selection of vendors and subcontractors: proactively delegate work to subcontractors, setting milestones to ensure timely progress and completion; ensure smooth communications with external vendors
- Set up proper internal protocols and inspection procedures to ensure high quality error proof working methods.
- Development of project technical documentation. Performing inspection, control or approval of the project technical documentation. Providing instructions regarding the format and content of the project technical documentation
- Monitoring the development and changes in regulatory and local laws related to the planning and construction of facilities and implementation of necessary update/ changes in work
- Evaluate and oversee installations and quality of work, determining cost-effectiveness and proper utilization of resources
- Designing of Electrical systems including: High/Medium Voltage, Low Voltage (380/220V)
- Development of project-specific solutions (System-descriptions, specifications, drawings etc.) from Concept design to Detail design
- Monitor and ensure compliance and regulatory checks
- Inspecting and reviewing projects to ensure compliance with safety codes and other regulations
- Investigating damage and delays at project sites and ensure that proper procedures are being followed to minimize losses
- Accurately identify, take ownership and propose solutions to problems during and after inspections of completed work/project(s)
- Control and development of the complete documentation necessary for the construction site and expert supervision during the construction, reconstruction, adaptation and rehabilitation of the building
- Collaborating with management in order to ensure proper planning of design, execution activities and priorities
- Assist onsite construction team to ensure that subcontractors work to the program and construction sequence
- Management of electrical engineers and technician team members
- People management, problem resolution and supervision of work performed, goals achieved by team
- Evaluate and manage team performance to effectively ensure motivation and development of members
- Effectively and efficiently managing team: coordination of team members, monitoring and evaluating performance, providing feedback and guidance for quality work
- Performing other duties and responsibilities, as assigned
- Preparing and submitting budget estimates, progress reports, cost tracking reports, other management reports

Work experience requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the same or similar positions
- Demonstrable experience in a heavy or medium industry construction project
Education requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
Additional requirements
- High level of knowledge of construction methods and technologies, and ability to interpret technical drawings and contracts
- High knowledge of engineering, technology, building, construction and Building Control Act
- Fluency in English language (C1)
- Highly developed computer skills (MS Office, MS Project & AutoCAD)
- Active driving licence (B category)
