Finance Manager

A renowned international company in automobile industry is looking for position in Sremska Mitrovica:

FINANCE MANAGER

Duties and responsibilities:

• All aspects of finance from bookkeeping, accounting, tax, controlling
• Management of Finance Department (employees, administration, delegation of responsibilities)
• All aspects of budgeting and budget forecasting on a quarterly and yearly basis, in accordance to inputs/reports from all company internal stakeholders
• Controlling of revenue and costs, ie driving the P&L i.e. the goal to maximize profit, keep liquidity
• Financial reporting to internal executive group levels as well to external stakeholders (banks, shareholders, etc.)
• Tax regulatory activities including local, state, property, VAT
• Go-to person for external authorities/stakeholders
• Check insurance and handle all related measures with regarding to accidents and damage
• Management of accounts payable/receivables and monitoring of cash-flows (inflows/outflows, etc.)
• Monitoring of financial KPIs, analysis of deviations and optimization of financial performance
• Timely and accurate reporting in line with local statutory reporting as well as with company standards and procedures
• Communication with auditors and other external partners
• Regular communication with management on strategic issue
• Other administrative duties

Skills:

• University degree in Economy
• Experience in Finance department, ideally from automotive industry
• Familiarity with GAAP reporting standards
• Excellent skills in accounting, controlling and financial reporting
• Strong analytical skills coupled with the ability to present at board levels
• Fluency in English and excellent PC skills incl. SAP
• Precise and analytical manager, capable of having both global and detailed overview and making strategic proposals
