Concepta is a fast-growing beauty & wellness brand selling on Amazon US. We mix science-based product development with a flexible, data-driven approach. Now we're expanding — and we're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Financial Manager to join our growing finance team.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with senior finance professionals, contribute to key financial processes, and have the opportunity to make a real impact on how our company scales.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing management reports and financial analysis.
• Support financial planning and budgeting processes.
• Help optimize workflows, processes, and expenses.
• Conduct audits of cash operations, primary documents, and other business reports.
• Collaborate with our Treasury on financial instruments and related tasks.
• Draft and refine regulations, guidelines, and internal communications.
• Perform deep data analysis in Google Sheets.
• Coordinate with other departments: sending requests, reminders, organizing calls, and following up on tasks.
• Research and analyze financial or market data.
• Finalize and improve financial documentation as required.
• Take proactive actions to support the company’s financial scalability.
• Handle other finance-related activities as assigned by the Head of Finance.

Who We’re Looking For

• Education in Finance (not Economics).
• 6+ months of relevant finance experience (balance sheet, P&L, cash flow).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Solid (B2 or higher) English skills (written and spoken).
• Personality: quick learner, positive attitude, flexible in communication, and easy to work with.
• Someone looking for long-term stability (we’re not a stepping stone — we want you for at least 2 years).
