Requirements & candidate profile:
- University degree in psychology
- Fluency in English language
- PC literacy
- As a person you only accept high performance from yourself and others
- You have the ability to convince others to agree on your point of view and you are not giving up when meeting resistance
- In fact, you grow when you are faced with challenging tasks
Main responsibilities:
- Taking an active role in the selection and recruitment of candidates
- Perform interviews to candidates, in order to assess qualifications, skills and previous employment to enable the best possible job matching
- Ensuring HR processes are adhered to and relevant documentation is completed
- Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates to ensure accurate response to client needs and different employment opportunities. Retain professional communication with candidates in order to maintain commitment and ensure availability
- Maintaining regular contact with Manpower’s main client contacts to ensure full business potential is realized
- Focusing on ways in which Manpower can achieve a high level of integration with the customer
- Working with the team to ensure that agreed service level agreements are achieved
- Demonstrating a commitment to self development and learning
- Ensuring that company best practice is adhered to at all times in accordance with Manpower’s values and Company policies
