Health, Safety, Security and Fire Protection Coordinator

Role Summary:

The Health, Safety, Security and Fire Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and supervising vendor activities, ensuring full compliance with all contractual obligations.
The role primarily focuses on occupational health and safety (OHS) and fire protection (FP) processes, with the possibility of taking on additional responsibilities in related areas as needed.
This position requires a strong understanding of security and safety procedures, as well as the relevant standards associated with these processes.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage vendors, ensuring all contractual duties and service-level agreements are fully met.
• Monitor vendor performance and compliance with agreed-upon processes in safety (OHS) and fire protection (FP).
• Maintain oversight of safety and fire protection procedures, ensuring adherence to standards and company policies.
• Prepare, review, and submit detailed reports in English to internal stakeholders
• Conduct field visits as necessary to inspect and verify vendor operations; role includes company-provided vehicle and parking.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors in matters related to security, safety, and fire protection.
• Ensure continuous improvement of processes and compliance with applicable regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure integration of safety and fire protection processes into daily operations.
• Support internal audits and maintain documentation related to safety and fire protection activities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a University degree in Security, Law, Engineering, Management or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in security, occupational health or fire protection processes.
• Strong knowledge of both BZR (OHS) and ZOP (FP) processes.
• Understanding of standards related to safety, security and fire protection.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken (reporting to international stakeholders).
• Valid driving license, Category B.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, with attention to detail and discretion.
