Integrated Communications Manager

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Develop and implement the annual integrated communications strategy in line with business priorities and corporate objectives.
• Lead external communications, including media relations, press releases, interviews, speeches, and corporate messaging.
• Design and execute proactive communication campaigns that strengthen corporate reputation, support sustainability initiatives, innovation, and key business milestones.
• Monitor media coverage and reputational risks, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Ensure consistency of all external communications with company communication standards, policies, and corporate messaging.
• Manage corporate communication channels, including the corporate website, intranet, and other digital communication platforms.
• Coordinate the company's participation in conferences, industry events, and other external visibility opportunities.
• Oversee the Consumer Care process, ensuring timely, compliant, and high-quality handling of consumer inquiries.
• Partner with People & Culture to promote employer branding, wellbeing, diversity, equity & inclusion, and company culture through internal and external communications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide integrated communication support for strategic business initiatives.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• University degree.
• Experience in Corporate Communications, Public Relations, or within a PR agency.
• Proven experience in media relations, reputation management, stakeholder engagement, and content development.
• Experience in internal communications and employee engagement is considered an advantage.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong project management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced business environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with digital communication platforms is an advantage.
