International Brands Manager

As the International Brand Manager for Tuborg & Battery, you’ll have the unique opportunity to shape two dynamic brands that live at the intersection of culture, lifestyle and energy. You’ll work across markets, borders and disciplines leading innovation, creative storytelling and brand experiences that resonate globally.
Main duties:
- Shape and execute brand strategies – from portfolio management and NPD development to annual planning and budgeting
- Lead the development of brand campaigns in partnership with agencies and oversee their execution
- Translate the global brand vision into powerful local executions across products, pricing, and communication
- Empower and guide your BM team, encouraging growth, ownership, and performance excellence
- Collaborate closely with creative, media, and digital partners to drive awareness, equity, and market share
- Bring insights to life by monitoring trends, research, and market data – and adapting plans to stay ahead
- Track sales performance, brand funnel, and P&L data to ensure sustainable growth and profitability
- Build strong partnerships with the Global Brand Team to align strategies and share best practices
Position requirements:
- University degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Brand Marketing, preferably in FMCG, with proven results and experience in similar roles and team leadership
- Strong combination of strategic thinking, creativity, and executional excellence
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Energetic, structured, and business-driven approach
- Proficiency in English (working communication level)
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office; experience with SAP is an advantage
- Driving license (B category)
