We are looking for:

Invoice Creator to support our team in Germany.

Tasks

• Invoicing all services provided in accordance with the client contract and the specifications of the internal user representative
• Timely invoicing in accordance with planned specifications
• Checking data availability and invoices for authenticity and accounting discrepancies and, if necessary, initiating appropriate corrections in consultation with specialist departments
• Checking the authenticity of individual services and their accurate entry in the invoice
• Deciding on including additional special services in the invoice after consulting with internal departments
• Clarification with specialist departments in case of discrepancies and anomalies
• Billing optimization in cooperation with internal customer representative
• Evaluation of reports from the SAP system
• Assist in general customer support activities: customer complaint management, industry support program coordination, COP and inventory management
• Coordination of internal logistics processes (material reservations to customer warehouses, preparation of shipments, partial project cleanup) according to the order manager's specifications
• Creating orders in MTU EDP systems (SAP)

Requirements

• Secondary education, 4th degree
• Knowledge of MS Office tools, e.g. Excel, Access
• Ability to multitask / prioritize on a daily basis
• Detail-oriented, structured and able to prioritize
• High level of commitment, flexibility and ability to work under pressure
• Willingness to travel and work in an international environment
• English language (written and oral communication)
