We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our team and support Digital Marketing initiatives across Spanish-speaking countries.
The role is ideal for someone with 6–12 months of experience in Digital Marketing or Digital Project Management, eager to grow in a fast-paced environment working with international clients. 

Please note: This is a project-based position with an initial contract of 6 months. There is a possibility of extension to 12 months, depending on project needs and performance — but it is not an indefinite role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and track digital marketing projects across Spanish-speaking countries.
  • Liaise with client's marketing teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Support website updates, content uploads, SEO improvements, and campaign rollouts.
  • Assist with project tracking via JIRA, Asana, or similar tools.
  • Work closely with creative, media, and tech teams to deliver high-quality digital assets.
  • Monitor campaign results and assist in reporting via Google Analytics and other tools. 

Ideal Candidate:

  • 6–12 months of hands-on experience in digital marketing or project coordination.
  • Excellent command of English; Spanish is a strong plus.
  • Familiar with:
    • Content Management Systems (CMS)
    • Paid Social basics (Meta, LinkedIn)
    • SEO and digital content creation
    • Google Analytics
    • Microsoft Office
    • JIRA, Asana or similar project management tools
  • Curious, fast learner, digitally savvy, and proactive in a remote-first environment.
  •  Able to self-organize and manage multiple tasks across stakeholders and time zones.
