Junior Public Relations Manager / Public Relations Specialist

An International Cosmetic Company is looking for a Junior Public Relations Manager / Public Relation Specialist. We're looking for a combination of Creative mind, Media Connections, Writing Skills, attitude and energy.

Previous Experience in a similar position is a MUST.

Junior Public Relations Manager / Public Relations Specialist

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of publicity campaigns for new company initiatives including product launches, new partnerships, and all other news worthy events
• Design marketing campaigns and assist with marketing strategies
• Research new outlets and maintain existing relationships with the media to generate reviews and exposure for cosmetic and beauty products
• Expand community outreach through social media
• Be able to work with company affiliates out of Serbia.
• Coordinate public relations efforts.
• Represent the company during community projects and at public, social, and business gatherings.
• Attend tradeshows and conferences, planning targeted PR campaigns

Qualifications:

• Junior College or University degree;
• Fluent in English, spoken and written;
• Strong communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills are needed, must speak and write English FLUENTLY and PROPERLY;
• Bachelor’s degree and minimum one year work experience in similar position.
• Established and strong media contacts
• Experience working with and at foreign companies is an advantage
• Excellent time and resource management, as well as able to prioritize;
• Able to work independently, as well as be an efficient team member, stress tolerance;
• Service minded, proactive, problem analysis and problem-solving, attention to detail and accuracy;
• We expect you to be able to auto-deduct, think on your feet, willing to work hard, be loyal and trustworthy.

This position can grow into a senior management position.
