We have an opportunity for young professionals just starting their career to join us in a capacity of Junior Revenue Analyst at Mitto, for full-time employment!

You will learn more about the SaaS industry, and communication channels through our Cloud Communications-Platform-as-a-Service (CPaaS). Don’t know what that is? Don’t worry, we’ll teach you!

We were launched in Switzerland in 2013 with SMS and quickly blossomed beyond to include voice, chatbots, all major chat apps, and CRM/marketing platform integrations. We also developed pre-built tools for bulk campaigns and conversational support chats. We’re riding a wave into the future, and you can join!

The role: Junior Revenue Analyst

How you’ll go beyond:

1. Once fully onboarded, you will be delivering timely and sound pricing decisions and recommendations based on revenue and profit indicators;
2. Developing pricing strategies by customer, market and region to ensure competitiveness and revenue maximization - expected to be fully realized approximately six months into the role;
3. Providing business critical insights to Sales team and other relevant stakeholders;
4. Identifying opportunities and cooperation with relevant teams to turn them into new business;
5. Follow up on pricing and sales performance in close cooperation with relevant teams;
6. Analyzing customer’s performance & trend, taking necessary actions to improve marginality;
7. Participating and driving revenue management projects to improve current operations;
8. Presenting analysis output to relevant stakeholders.

What you bring to the table:

1. Bachelor’s degree in economics (ideally, statistics, finance/international finance, accounting and auditing, management) or equivalent;
2. Up to 2 years of experience in an analytical role;
3. Proactive and self-driven approach;
4. Ownership of your tasks and responsibilities;
5. Fluency in English to effectively communicate and collaborate;
6. Quick learner - eager to adapt and grow;
7. Comfortable in a fast-paced business environment;
8. Excellent communication skills to convey ideas effectively;
9. Confident presentation abilities to showcase your work and ideas;
10. Welcoming attitude towards teamwork and openness to occasional in-office collaboration.
