Junior System Administrator

Location: Novi Sad (Hybrid)

JOB DESCRIPTION

User support in 3 locations (Serbia, Germany, Slovenia) in work with information system and computers (Help desk)
Server monitoring, SAN and NAS storage, system backup
Software usage optimization, fixing hardware and software issues
Development, implementation and maintenance of new and/or existing IT systems

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Work experience at least 2 years
Excellent English both written and verbal
Windows server (Active Directory, Group policy, ACL, SMB, Exchange server, MS SQL, Terminal Servers)
Visualization platforms (Hyper-V, VMWare)
Parallels
Firewall administration (Sophos, MikroTik)
WAN/LAN technology knowledge (TCP/IP , DNS, DHCP, VPN)
Powershell knowledge is desirable
Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, InTune)
High level of reliability and loyalty
High level of organization and responsibility
Team work and willingness to help the team
Independent in daily tasks and in finding solutions
