What we will expect from you:
- Cooperative work within the team in order to provide efficient and effective administrative support to our Business Sales teams
- Proactive connecting with colleagues to provide ongoing and consistent services, cover multiple services and help prevent excessive administrative burden on our Business Sales teams
- Providing support to our Accounts Manager in order to achieve sales monthly, quartal and yearly goals
- Working in partnership with client managers to meet all administrative support needs and create value for small and medium enterprises (SME)
- Accuracy of work on administrative tasks within Business Sales teams with timely handling
For a good start, you will need:
- University degree or final year
- Interest in learning about sales coordination, administration and customer service
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Organizational, time management and problem solving skills
- Experience in handling customer inquiries and ability to handle difficult customers professionally will be considered an advantage
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
