ConsulTeam, provides professional services to Clients in the field of Human Resources Consulting, Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development and Staff Administration. As part of our Recruitment and Selection services, we are announcing, on behalf of our Client, following position:

Leasing Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing retail market in Serbia and across region
  • Analyzing tenant business plans and performance
  • Negotiating agreements with tenants in coordination with legal team
  • Optimizing the retail commercial areas
  • Monitoring new market entries
  • Developing tenant and merchandise strategy
  • Daily communication with tenants and customer care

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of retail experience or on similar position
  • University degree in Economics
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Self initiative and proactive personality
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Good knowledge of English language  and PC literate
