Logistics & Amazon Project Coordinator

We are currently seeking a responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive Logistics & Amazon Project Coordinator to join our team in support of our partner company in Serbia. Our partner is launching an exciting new project to supply products to Amazon, starting with the distribution of innovative home appliances from a leading international technology company.

As the Logistics & Amazon Project Coordinator, you will work closely with the Project Manager on Amazon operations and logistics, supporting daily workflows and communication. This role requires excellent English skills, as you will be in direct contact with Amazon teams, logistics partners, and transport providers. A strong sense of accountability and professionalism is essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with the Project Manager to coordinate daily tasks and project activities
• Communicate with Amazon representatives, logistics companies, and transport providers
• Monitor shipments, inventory levels, and delivery schedules
• Prepare and update shipping and logistics documentation
• Provide administrative support and prepare regular reports
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure follow-through to completion

Qualifications:

• Strong command of English (both written and spoken)
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience (not necessarily in logistics or related fields)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High sense of responsibility and dedication to work
• Proficient in MS Office, with a strong focus on Excel and solid general computer skills
