Marketing Communications Lead 


We’re looking for a versatile marketer and communicator to join our growing London-based, global luxury travel business.
This is our first in-house marketing role, so you’ll have the chance to shape how we tell our story both inside and out.
You’ll bring consistency to our brand, keep colleagues connected, and spread the word about what we do. Some days you’ll be planning a campaign or setting up simple processes; other days you’ll be writing copy, creating content, or managing social channels.

What you'll do:

  • Manage brand, marketing, and internal communications.
  • Plan and run campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Create engaging content for newsletters, social media, presentations, and more.
  • Keep teams connected with clear and inspiring communication.
  • Collaborate with leadership and external partners. English(B2/C1), spoken and written

What we're looking for::

  • 2+ experience in marketing, communications, or brand roles (agency or in-house).
  • Strong writing and content creation skills for different audiences.
  • Hands-on, adaptable, and eager to help build something new.
  • Familiarity with tools:
    - Content & design: Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma.
    - Websites & CMS: WordPress, Squarespace, or similar.
    - CRM & email marketing: HubSpot, Mailchimp, or other campaign tools.
    - Analytics & SEO basics: Google Analytics, Search Console, or keyword tools.
    - Social media management: Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later.
    - Collaboration & planning: Slack, Teams, Notion, Trello, or Asana.
  • Bonus: experience with AI tools. incoming reservation calls proffessionally and afficiently
