Job Description

Collecting documentation for local certificates of conformity for new products, tracking validity of existing ones, and managing renewals.
Creating PowerPoint visuals for local campaigns and promotions.
Assisting with monthly price list updates and formatting for distributors.
Maintaining EXTRANET/B2B portals (uploading price lists, promotions, etc.).
Supporting back-office tasks (e.g., activating/deactivating customers, creating profiles) and managing recommended prices in the P13 system.
Assisting with localization of marketing materials, translations, print prep, and procurement.
Helping with digital content creation, social media monitoring, and online market analysis.
Assisting with roadshows and events preparation.
Assisting with other related MKT tasks.

Qualification

Strong communication skills, with a structured and well-organized approach to work
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
Basic knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; experience with advanced features is a plus
High level of motivation and willingness to learn and take on new challenges
