Marketing Operations Associate

We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Associate who thrives on precision, performance, and progress.

In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind our digital marketing execution — managing ad campaigns, building audiences, tracking performance, and ensuring every effort delivers measurable results. You’ll also support backlink outreach, brand reputation, and contractor coordination, helping to keep all marketing systems running smoothly.

This position is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys solving problems, spotting inefficiencies, and improving processes. You’re highly analytical, detail-oriented, and motivated by turning data into decisions that move the business forward.

Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize ad campaigns across all major platforms.
• Build audiences, set up targeting and retargeting strategies.
• Forecast ad budgets, monitor ROI, and recommend reallocation as needed.
• Monitor review platforms (Clutch, Trustpilot, Capterra, Google Reviews) and track competitor benchmarks.
• Track key metrics, compile performance reports, and maintain dashboards.
• Maintain brand consistency and reputation standards across all digital touchpoints.
• Support backlink-building initiatives and outreach partnerships.
• Coordinate with contractors for ad copy, visuals, UGC, and content production.
• Run A/B tests, optimize email outreach sequences, and maintain campaign dashboards.

Requirements

• Experience with multi-platform ad management tools and analytics platforms.
• Understanding of backlink outreach and SEO fundamentals.
• Curiosity for testing and improving systems.
• Highly organized, detail-focused, and self-starter.
• Comfortable managing multiple contractors and workflows simultaneously.
• Experience with brand reputation or review management.
• Excellent attention to detail and written communication.
