Intern in Marketing Departman

Job Description

Support colleagues during the maintenance of services/products/solutions based on clear directions coming from management and global teams
Support for first and second level users in the given domain
Support during the communication of more complex third-level support problems in a given domain
Analysis of the system with the aim of improving and eliminating user problems
Escalation of problems to higher instances in the given domain
Communication with different organizations and teams with the aim of finding problems and coordinating them until they are solved

Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
High level of organization
Comfort with multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environment
