We are currently looking for an employee to replace a colleague (maternity leave) in our Belgrade office for a limited period:
Position: Office Manager – Financial Assistant
Your Tasks:
- Basic reception duties, including answering incoming calls, emails and visits;
- Maintaining permanent and freelance staff administrative records;
- Documentation management (reception and classification of documents);
- Monitoring and maintaining records of the basic office supplies;
- Assistance in the preparation of correspondence and reports;
- Assistance in the organisation of business trips (hotel, rent-a-car, flights);
- Assistance in the translation of documentation if needed;
- Assistance in the annual ISO recertification;
- Basic HR Duties (adverts, keeping records, and reporting for the local office employees).
Financial – Accounting:
- Preparation of documentation for bookkeeping, incoming and outgoing invoicing etc. including approval of electronic invoices (SEF);
- Assistance in payments (running costs, salaries etc.);
- Monitoring of regulations in the field of taxation in cooperation with the book-keeper (locally and abroad);
- Monthly reporting to Headquarter (bank journal and salary review);
- Assistance in annual renewal of bank documentation;
- Administrative support as needed.
Your Qualifications and skills:
- Post Secondary Education Diploma, preferably in the field of Economy. Additional education is an asset;
- Proficiency in MS Office – Excel in particular;
- Excellent communication skills, flexibility, and ability to work independently;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
- Ability to prioritize effectively in order not to miss the deadlines;
- Readiness to work with the developing company’s software and tools;
- Familiarity with ISO procedures is an asset;
- Familiarity with issues related to VAT, including tax-representative format is an asset.
Your experience:
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in an engineering company.
