Job Description
We are seeking an Office Manager. The successful candidate will handle a variety of organizational and facility support tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Establishes and maintains a good relationship in daily communication with clients
- Up-to-date and timely transmission of information to managers
- Provides logistic support to employees
- Coordinates meetings within the company with clients (organizes the use of the conference room)
- Carries out administrative tasks (including monitoring of incoming invoices, mail, official archive book)
- Collaborates with relevant staff regarding the establishment and implementation of rules and procedures in the office
- Keeps records of and purchases all office supplies (hygiene, representation and office supplies)
- Organizes all work related to office maintenance and office equipment
- Communicates with technical support and external partners regarding office equipment and repairs in the office
- Gathers documentation for the registration of new employees
- Keeps records of the daily attendance of employees
- Performs other administrative duties as directed by the Financial director
- Controlling incoming invoices
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree/High school diploma
- Proficient in English, speaking and writing
- 2+ years of experience in similar positions
- The successful candidate must be a self-motivated and passionate individual with a results-oriented attitude
- Excellent communication skills, teamwork and the ability to build relationships is a must for this role
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
