Role Summary:
As our Operations & Customer Service Specialist, you will ensure smooth order processing, efficient handling of returns, and high-quality customer communication across all marketplaces. You will act as the first point of contact for customers and guarantee an excellent post-purchase experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily order processing and returns across multiple platforms.
- Communicate with customers through marketplace messaging systems.
- Monitor service level agreements (shipping times, refunds, responses).
- Track and improve seller ratings and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery.
Qualifications:
- Experience in e-commerce operations or customer service.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with marketplace policies (Amazon, eBay, OTTO, etc.).
- Fluent in English; German C1 Level preferred
