Eagle Hills, as a prestigious company, for its Belgrade office, is looking for an experienced professional to fill the following position:

Oracle ERP Coordinator

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and troubleshooting associated with Oracle ERP, ERP-Integrations and related technologies
  • Ensuring that all change requests, project deliverables, status updates and processes enhance the end-user experience
  • Working with other departments to evaluate and improve business processes and create cost-effective solutions
  • Creating, driving and implementing projects from original concept to final implementation
  • Driving technology support, maintenance and enhancements for Oracle ERP (Finance, CRM, etc.)
  • Ensuring high quality standards and reviewing project deliverables
  • Building strong working relationships with all stakeholders

Requirements:

  • BSc or MSc degree in a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Experience with Oracle EBS R12 Financials Modules (GL, AR, AP, FA, CM) implementation and/or support
  • Hands on experience in setting up all financials modules
  • Exposure in setting up SLA, EBS Tax for Serbia is preferable
  • Exposure to Project Costing module would be considered an advantage
  • Good understanding of Oracle technology stack (Oracle Database, Forms, Reports and Workflow) and ability to write basic queries
  • Proven leadership within complex teams, with ability to implement change management strategies
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced, diverse environment
  • Fluency in English is mandatory
