Order Processing Specialist - German speaking

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing domestic and international orders (from order entry to invoice creation)
• Customs processing
• Clarifying orders in collaboration with various internal departments
• Handling customer correspondence by phone and in writing in both German and English
• Occasionally taking over the telephone switchboard
• Preparing export and customs documents
• Maintaining master data

Position Requirements:

• Completed secondary or higher education in economics, business, or a related field
• Ideally, initial professional experience in order processing or a similar administrative/commercial role
• Advanced MS Office skills, particularly in MS Excel
• Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken)
• Experience with MS Navision is considered an advantage
• Strong attention to detail with a structured and organized way of working
• Resilient, flexible, and solution-oriented mindset
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently in an international environment
