OSS Process Automation Specialist
Role Overview:
We are looking for a brilliant Process Automation Engineer to help us streamline our core and support processes, eliminate repetitive tasks, and free up our talented teams to focus on what truly matters: innovation and our customers.
Your primary role will be to analyze, design, and implement automation solutions across our IT and telecom operations and support functions. You will be the key player in reducing manual effort, increasing efficiency, and improving system reliability for our users. You'll see the direct impact of your work on our business every single day.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze & Identify: Partner with teams across the business (Network Operations, Finance, IT) to discover and analyze processes ripe for automation.
- Design & Develop: Build robust, scalable, and efficient automation scripts and workflows using modern tools and platforms.
- Implement & Integrate: Deploy automation solutions that seamlessly integrate with our existing systems (e.g. CRM, ERP, provisioning, network monitoring tools).
- Maintain & Optimize: Monitor the performance of automated processes, troubleshoot issues and continuously seek improvements.
- Collaborate & Advocate: Work within agile teams and act as a champion for the automation culture, sharing knowledge and best practices.
Required Technical Skills:
- University degree, and/ or at least 2 years of work experience in process automation, scripting, or development.
- Strong proficiency in at least one scripting language: Python (highly preferred), PowerShell, Bash, or JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with automation and orchestration tools such as: Ansible, Airflow, Jenkins or RPA tools like Microsoft Power Automate and UiPath.
- Experience in AI Chatbot solutions building and training
- Solid understanding of API integrations (REST, SOAP).
- Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
Soft Skills & Expectations:
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- A logical, problem-solving mindset with a passion for creating elegant solutions to complex problems.
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Team player with a collaborative and open attitude
