Process Planning Engineer

Our company, due to the extension of production capacity, is looking for a candidate who will become a part of our team for the position:

Process Planning Engineer iEngineering is responsible for developing and implementing new production processes. Reports directly to the Team leader in IE department.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.    Work on projects.
2.    Request equipment internally from Purchasing.
3.    Develop and verify new processing processes.

The daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 • Cares about the correctness of the equipment and its proper use
 • Cooperates with production process managers in order to ensure optimal production conditions
 • In cooperation with the team leader, he takes care of the timely submission of requests for the procurement of spare parts and technical material
 • Actively works to improve work methods and the functioning of existing equipment
 • Participates in assembly and testing of new machines with colleagues from the department
 • Creates work instructions and operational procedures and ensures their implementation and compliance
 • Actively monitors, plans and implements product changes requested by the customer in the shortest possible time.
 • Necessary basic knowledge of PLC programming

General requirements    

•    University degree.
•    Excellent knowledge of integration programs
•    Good knowledge in the planning of the necessary equipment for production
•    Good knowledge in the field of automation
•    Good knowledge in the area of improving the working environment and working positions (protection against injuries and adverse consequences)
•    Good knowledge in the part of the analysis of weak points in the production process
•    Good knowledge in the calculation of the necessary equipment intended for IE
•    Good knowledge in the planning, investment and financing of production equipment
•    Good knowledge in the area of testing the capacity of the machines
•    Good knowledge of the tools: "KROKUS", "LISTEN"
•    Excellent knowledge of the flow of materials - Kanban System
•    Good knowledge in the analysis of related processes
•    Good knowledge in the field of project management
•    Fluent English
•    Advanced level of MS-Office
