Project Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer who would like to become a part of our team.

You are the right candidate for us if you have:

• 3+ years of experience in agile software development, with exposure to Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Project Manager roles
• Passion to deliver high quality products
• Reliable and self-motivated personality, who likes to co-work in a team
• Experience in mobile technologies domain is a plus

Your responsibilities will be to:

• Support and coordinate development teams to ensure efficient and high-quality delivery
• Oversee release preparation and delivery, including version planning, sanity checks, configuration updates, and communication with the client regarding build readiness
• Communicate directly with the client and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment
• Ensure transparent, timely communication between the development team and the client, summarising issues, risks, and proposed solutions
• Detect, report and remove impediments from/to project team and management board to the development team's progress
• Document processes and help define improvements by working with teams to identify opportunities to increase efficiency
• Participate in planning long-term improvements and maintenance activities, preparing proposals, estimations, and impact descriptions for the next phases
• Coordinate cross-platform alignment (Android, iOS, QA) to ensure consistent implementation and behaviour across apps
• Facilitate the day-to-day work of the team
• Introduce new ideas which will improve performance and productivity
