Our Client is an international, dynamically developing construction company, with experience in civil engineering and construction. Due to their expansion on Serbian market, Adecco is seeking qualified, professional and motivated candidates for the position based in Pirot/Niš:
Quality Assurance Manager
(Pirot/Niš)
Requirements:
- University degree in Civil Engineering
- At least five (5) years of experience as Quality Assurance Manager in road infrastructure
- At least ten (10) years of experience in construction of road infrastructure
- Fluent knowledge of English language
- Good knowledge of MS Office and AutoCad
- Valid B driving license
Main responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Site Manager, will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the standards in terms of quality in the work
- Checking the laboratory activity (asphalt, materials and concrete)
- Quality control of the construction works on site, concreting plants and quarries
- Check the compliance rules and the quality requirements in accordance with the plan of quality of the work
- Establishing reports to the Management concerning the quality functioning of the quality systems as well as issuing the non-conformity notices
- Responsible for documenting and solving the non-conformities
- Coordinate the activities and functions of control of the correct application of the methods of work
- Writing, implantation and review the Quality Management Manual, System and Specific Procedures concerning the works
- Writing, implantation and review of the Quality Assurance Plans of the work

Financial Controller
Purpose:
To ensure proper and
efficient accounting, financial, tax and controlling practices within the
company for the following markets: Serbia, Romania and Bulgaria.
To report to upper
management any deviation vs. targeted economic performance and/or vs. local tax
regulations.
Main responsibilities:
SERBIA
Accounting
Create, implement and
maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures
Oversee the
accounting operations of the company. Check the postings and the trial balance
Process payroll in a
timely manner and periodic bank reconciliation with accounting (at least
monthly)
Maintain the chart of
accounts and an orderly accounting filing system
Maintain a system of
controls over accounting transactions
Coordinate the
provision of information to external auditors for the annual audit
Monitor debt levels
and compliance with debt covenants
Comply with local,
state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
Issue timely and
complete financial statements
Coordinate the
preparation of the corporate annual report.
Finance
Manage the credit
control of customers (approval of new customers, setting up credit limit,
authorization of delivery to risky customers)
Ensure that accounts
receivables are collected promptly, that all approved sales discounts or claims
are correctly accrued and documented, and that required debt payments are made
on a timely basis according to contractual payment terms
Manage the payment to
the vendors
Create and follow-up
a rolling treasury forecast
Manage relationships with
the banks, participate in selection of banks to work with, negotiate conditions
Manage the treasury
position in relationship with the banks
Controling and Reporting
Prepare the annual
budget, any requested forecast and business plan
Prepare the monthly,
quarterly, yearly and ad hoc reports according to IFRS
Continuously analyse
business performance versus budget and forecasts; recommend improvement action
plans
Define and prepare
relevant key performance indicators
Provide any financial
analyses: product / customer profitability, pricing decisions
Manage HFM entry and
other reports e.g. STAR for the Region or for the Group
Organize the internal
control in cooperation with the external auditors
Follow up lawsuits
ROMANIA
Manage insurances, in
relation with Group Dpt.
Review and check the
main financial reports issued by the company: treasury forecast, monthly
reports
Support the local
team to decrease the working capital needs, especially through an efficient
credit management
Follow up lawsuits
BULGARIA
Manage insurances, in
relation with Group Dpt. – negotiate local contracts
Create, update and
follow up a rolling treasury forecast
Perform a monthly
review of general ledger with the accounting firm and management
Check and finalize
the monthly and yearly reports (Excel files)
Manage HFM entry and
other reports e.g. STAR for the Region or for the Group
Support the local
team to decrease the working capital needs, especially through an efficient
credit management
Follow up lawsuits
Other duties may be
assigned.
Requirements:
University degree in degree
in business administration, finance and/or related fields, with strong
accounting training and education
Minimum 5 years of related
experience
Knowledge of local
(Serbia) business and legal environment
