Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled QA Engineer with over 3 years of experience to ensure the quality and reliability of our cutting-edge software solutions. You will play a critical role in testing and validating our platform to deliver seamless, high-quality experiences for our users.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing to identify, document, and track defects across our software applications. Design, develop, and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts to ensure comprehensive coverage.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure alignment.
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Identify opportunities for test automation and contribute to automation efforts using JavaScript-based tools (e.g., Cypress, Selenium, or Playwright).
• Report and track bugs using tools like Jira or similar platforms.
• Ensure software meets performance, security, and usability standards.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a QA Engineer in software development environments.
• Proven expertise in manual testing, including test case design, execution, and defect reporting.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal) for clear communication in a remote setting.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in identifying and resolving issues.
• Familiarity with QA tools and methodologies (e.g., test management tools, bug tracking systems).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with test automation using JavaScript (e.g., Cypress, Selenium, Playwright, or similar frameworks).
• Background in the financial or factoring industry, ideally related to freight or logistics.
• Knowledge of API testing tools (e.g., Postman, REST-assured).
• Familiarity with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).

• Understanding of SQL for database testing and validation.
