Our client is a renowned multinational pharmaceutical company. In order to support their Representative Office in Belgrade, Adecco is searching for communicative and responsible candidates for the position of:


Receptionist


Requirements:

  • University or high school degree
  • At least one year of previous experience
  • Fluency in English
  • PC literacy

Main responsibilities:

  • Receiving visitors and providing general information
  • Taking care about incoming calls
  • Opening, sorting, and distributing mail
  • Copying and organizing office files and records
  • Responsible for different communication and administration tasks
  • Undertaking any other appropriate duties as required

Candidate's profile:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Capacity to multi-task
  • Time-management skills
