VWZ Express is Hiring: Recruiting Officer

Location: Novi Beograd, Stari Merkator 

VWZ Express, a company with a strong presence in the U.S. transportation market, is expanding its team in Serbia. We are looking for an experienced Recruiting Officer with at least 6 months of experience to lead the driver hiring process for the American transportation industry.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Full-cycle recruitment and onboarding of CDL drivers
• Managing the entire hiring process – from initial contact to driver start date
• Communicating with candidates and U.S. partners in English
• Maintaining and updating the driver database
• Work is performed from a fully-equipped, modern office in New Belgrade

REQUIREMENTS:

• Mandatory prior at least 6 months experience recruiting CDL drivers for U.S. trucking companies
• In-depth knowledge of U.S. driver recruitment processes
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
• Fluent in English (professional level)
• Independent, self-motivated, and proactive
