Sales and Marketing Associate (Internship)

Sales and Marketing Associate (Internship)
Location: Belgrade

Key responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in daily sales processes and administrative tasks;
• Support the preparation and organization of client meetings, including materials and follow-ups;
• Participate in client meetings;
• Provide support in building and maintaining client relationships;
• Assist senior colleagues in preparing contracts, proposals, and presentations;
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on both offline and online marketing campaigns;
• Help with market research and identifying potential business opportunities;
• Maintain and update CRM systems and sales documentation.

Candidate profile:

• Final-year student or recent graduate (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) in Marketing, Economics, or a related field;
• Excellent knowledge of the English language (written and spoken);
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Strong communication and presentation skills;
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a strong willingness to learn;
• Ability to build relationships and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
