  • Providing operational support to the international sales team and helping to ensure smooth daily workflows.
  • Preparing and maintaining reports, presentations, and other business-related documents
  • Gathering, organizing, and analyzing data to support business decisions
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Quality, Finance, and other departments across local and global locations
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing ideas to enhance efficiency

Qualifications
  • Student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Organizational Sciences, or other comparable fields of study
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) is considered an advantage
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Knowledge of German language is considered a plus
