Sales Representative

Trizma is hiring Russian speaking junior and senior stuff for highly experienced and motivated sales team to support our multinational client in promoting a new, world class, 5 star hotel and residential project on the Adriatic shore to its high value individual and corporate clients.

We encourage all Russian speaking candidates with experience in sales to apply. We are looking to fill in several positions within the below requirements:

Your key responsibilities and duties will range within:

• Opening, closing and managing sales office
• Meet and greet clients
• Manage master sales and reservation lists
• Carry out site visits and viewings as required
• Liaison with brokers and other sales partners
• Managing sales contracts and payment terms
• Creation of local marketing collateral.
• Closing sales
• Range of other roles which include real estate administration and sales
