Senior Dispatcher

Naissus, Inc. is looking out for new members for our dispatch team. Company is established in 2005 and we are strong solo and team company drivers oriented company. We count 50+ trucks and we based our business on quality over quantity.

We are seeking experienced dispatchers with at least 3 years of experience to join our growing team for our newly formed office in Novi Sad. We do not offer remote position at the moment. If you are seeking for a remote position, please do not apply.

Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills (Excellent spoken and written English is essential for obtaining the job position);
• Understand department of transportation hours of service rules;
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills;
• Team Player;
• People skills is a must;

Responsibilities:

• Negotiating with brokers and finding the best loads;
• Building relationships with drivers and brokers;
• Coordinate and dispatch drivers and equipment to ensure timely delivery and pickup of goods;
• Identify current market needs;
• Must be able to handle 6-7 trucks.

Our office is located in Novi Sad, Serbia (21101). 

Dispatch working hours are from Monday to Friday 2pm-11pm.
